Highlights From Our Day
Today we continuing to learn about multiplication. The last two days we have been working with arrays. An array is an arrangement of objects in equal rows. Here is an example:
We used manipulatives to build arrays. Then we drew the arrays on graph paper and wrote the repeat addition sentences and multiplication sentences. Some of us also created partial products to go with the arrays. ( Ezer and others)
In the afternoon Ms. Craig taught us more about digital citizenship. The presentation was mostly about how to stay safe when you are on-line. We also talked about our responsibilities when using technologies. (Evan)
Some of us finished our 2nd Frank Slide perspective writing. (Nathan)
Just about everyone now has their work in Iris and we wrote comments. ( Colby)
We played basketball again in gym. (Robert)
In literacy we are continuing to read non-ficiton books. (Owen)
