Robots!

Students in Room 1 & 2 explored the Robots this afternoon with the coding app Blockly. They worked collaboratively to pass multiple challenges in order to learn the basic functions and processes needed to use the robots effectively. Next steps will ask students to create a variety of polygons using the robots and then extend their learning further by replicating their designed elephant enclosures' perimeter.

We were lucky to have student leaders in the class who were part of Mr. Sandberg's robot club and they were able to help others work through problems and set up their robots/iPads. Ask your child how they worked through the challenges of using the robots or how they helped others!
