School Updates and Reminders January 31

Reminders:

• If you have a child going into kindergarten next year, please register at the front office
• NO SCHOOL Friday, February 1st
• Aline In-line Skating forms going home today. Please return Monday
• If you are going on a holiday during school days, please stop in the office and fill out an "Extended Absence" form
• Every Monday: Please return Home Reading, Friday Journals, and blue folders
• If you have lost or misplaced your blue folder, please send a note with your child and we will replace it
• The grade three Celebration of Learning is on March 7th, 2019

Thinking like an Architect

Students in both classes tested out their bridges based on the criteria of holidng 30 unifix cubes. One group's bridge held over 400 cubes! 

Ask your child what shapes and design elements they used to make their bridge strong, safe, and stable. What would they do differently?
