Weekend Challenge!

Students are beginning to inquire and think as an architect would. We have begun to consider the process that goes into an architect's work. Today we explored the work of the famous Zaha Hadid. Students were able to see all the connections her architecture had to nature. Ask your child what they saw! 

Weekend Challenge: With a parent, please look up famous architecture from around the world, in Canada, and in Peru. What do you notice? What is similar? What is different? What inspired the shape? What structural shapes do you see?
